Multi User of Biochemistry and Instrumental Analysis

The Comprehensive Center for Biochemistry and Instrumental Analysis was established in 2015. Its purpose is to provide specialized technical and infrastructure support for chromatographic analysis (HPLC-UV-FL-IR, CG-FID and CG-MS), to evaluate the activity. antioxidant (ROS and RNS, for example) and carry out bioaccessibility and bioavailability assays of foods and natural products. It serves academic users (professors, postdocs, postgraduates and undergraduate students) from the University of São Paulo and other public or private universities. In addition, it also responds to requests from companies and organizations and private research centers operating in the food or related field.
