Presentation

The Department of Agri-food industry, Foods and Nutrition holds most of the disciplines of the undergraduate course in Food Sciences and offers disciplines to the Agricultural Engineering course. The Department of Agri-food industry, Foods and Nutrition also holds the graduate program in Food Science and Technology. The teaching and research subjects concern Quality and processing of animal foods, Post-harvest and processing of vegetal foods and Agroindustrial Technology - production of ethanol, sugar and beverages.
